The questions clerks usually ask.

Yes, completely. The compliance checker and your year-end readiness summary are free for any clerk, with no card and no account needed. We'd rather every council got their AGAR right than put a paywall in front of it.

Nothing automatic. Your card is held securely by Stripe but nothing is charged for 30 days. Near the end we'll drop you a friendly reminder. If the Clerk plan has earned its place, your £190 is taken on day 31; if not, cancel in one click from the billing page and you won't pay a thing.

Whichever suits. Many clerks expense it as a council subscription; we provide a proper invoice in the council's name for your finance papers. Others start it themselves during the trial and pass it across once they've seen the value.

It will. During setup we take a couple of your recent minutes and learn your numbering, headings and house style, so the drafts read like yours rather than a template. You can adjust the style at any time.
